MOMUS PM is an administrator-provisioned workspace. Start with your organization's MOMUS PM administrator; they can inspect the redacted Activity log without exposing issue bodies, comments, or credentials.
Include with a report
- What you expected and what happened.
- The request ID shown by the app, if one is present.
- Your device model, operating-system version, and MOMUS PM version.
- Whether retrying, reconnecting, or reopening the app changed the result.
Lost or retired device
Ask an administrator to revoke the device session. Revocation stops both API access and push eligibility. Changing a GitHub credential is not required because GitHub credentials are never stored on the phone.
Privacy or deletion request
Ask the account administrator to revoke a device or delete the employee account. The public privacy notice describes the data boundary and retention behavior.
